Pictures In Publicity (PIP) is delighted to lend a helping hand with the recent launch of new publication The PULSE.


The PULSE is a publication to honour the 78,000-strong Irish nurses and midwives.


Packed full of articles dedicated to Ireland’s nursing and midwifery teams in hospitals across the country, The PULSE is a reminder of their devoted work throughout the Covid-19 pandemic.



The publication is available in 5,000 retailers across the country for the next two weeks at the cost of €2.

All advertising and sales revenues generated by The PULSE will go towards a nursing and midwifery educational fund, opening up opportunities for nurses and midwives to advance their careers by upskilling their digital talents.


The DMG Media Education Fund will recognise the commitment of the nursing and midwifery sector and celebrate those working to protect the country against Covid-19.

The editorial team at DMG Media Ireland created The PULSE with support from a host of Irish personalities and household names.


Taoiseach Micheál Martin wrote the foreword for The PULSE and contributors to the project include: Christy Moore, Roy Keane, Hozier, Joe Duffy, Daniel and Majella O’Donnell, Mario Rosenstock, Ian Dempsey, Gerry Daly, Kathryn Thomas, Baz Ashmawy, Hector, Kevin Dundon, Pete Wedderburn, Colin Farrell, Michael Flatley, Rosanna Davison, Grainne Gallanagh and many more.



DMG Media Ireland is leading the initiative in collaboration with the media industry, corporate Ireland and Ireland’s sporting, media, and entertainment stars.


A multimedia campaign developed for the project will run across print, digital, OOH, TV and radio, to generate awareness for the new publication.

The HSE thanks all involved in its production, and all those who read and support it.’
